You can view your 1st-degree connections’ connections in LinkedIn Recruiter and create a search based on their connections. Members may choose to hide their connections as part of their privacy settings. This will prevent you from viewing their connections.
To view your connections’ connections in Recruiter:

Run a search from the global search bar or from the Talent pool page of a project.

Click a candidate’s name to view their profile.

Click the
People icon near the candidate’s profile picture. A new search containing the candidate’s 1st-degree connections will open in a new tab. -
Click Show filters on the left to expand the search filters.

Optional: Use the search filters on the left or the Spotlights at the top of your search results to modify your search results.
You can save a candidate's profile to an existing or new project by clicking the Save to project button to the right of their name.
