You can easily see when you have new notifications in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite. You’ll receive alerts for your projects, job applicants, open candidates, and other Recruiter tools.

The time between receiving an InMail message and an email notification is typically around an hour, but members should allow up to 6 hours for a notification to appear.
To modify your notification preferences:

Move your cursor over your profile picture and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Click Notifications on the left pane.

Click Edit next to the notification you want to modify.

Select On or Off and click Save.
Important to know
"Open to Work" notifications are sent exclusively to the project owner or job poster. These alerts are delivered as push notifications on both web and mobile platforms, but email notifications are not available for these alerts.
