You can search for candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter based on custom field information.
To search using custom fields:

Click the global search bar at the top of the Recruiter homepage and select
Advanced filters from the dropdown. -
Click the custom fields you'd like to apply under Custom fields. Enter or select your criteria for each field.

Click the Search button at the top of the page.

Click Show filters on the left pane to expand the search filters to see your custom fields.
Important to know
This filter will search for any profiles in Recruiter that have the custom field added to them. For example, if you add "US Citizenship" as a work authorization custom field, this filter will only find profiles where this custom field has been explicitly added.
The selected custom fields will appear on the left rail of your search results page.
