Custom filters enable you to run your LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite searches more efficiently by applying a combination of frequently used search filters to your search results.
To apply a custom filter in search:

Run a search.

Click Show filters on the left to expand the search filters.

Click the
Custom filters dropdown above the search filters on the left rail. -
Select a custom filter to add those saved parameters to your search results.
