LinkedIn Talent Insights (LTI) leverages real-time LinkedIn talent, workforce, and company data to generate insights that give you a complete picture of the talent marketplace.
LTI for your Recruiter contract allows you to access two new license types:
- LTI Searcher: Allows access to both Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) and LinkedIn Talent Insights only if user has a Recruiter Searcher permission assigned.
- LTI Core User: Allows access to LTI only
Here's what to expect
If you already have Talent Insights and an RPS or RPS+ license:
- You can now access LTI with your RPS or RPS+ credentials. If you're logged into RPS or RPS+ already, you'll be logged into LTI too.
- Your existing LTI data will migrate over and can be accessed from your current Recruiter dashboard.
If you don’t yet have Talent Insights, but have an RPS or RPS+ license:
- Once logged in to RPS or RPS+, users who previously had a Recruiter Searcher license will be able to access LTI, with no additional activation steps needed.
Your company has RPS or RPS+ and LTI, but you only have an LTI license:
- Your existing LTI credentials will give you an LTI Core User license on the new dashboard.
- Your data will be transferred.
Where to find Talent Insights
There are three ways to find Talent Insights:
- You can access Talent Insights directly here.
- You can find Talent Insights from your LinkedIn account:
- From your LinkedIn homepage, select For business on the top rail.
- Click on the Talent Insights option under Visit More LinkedIn Products.
- You can find Talent Insights in Recruiter:
- Navigate to the Talent Insights page on the left pane of a project.
- Click View Talent Insights above your Recruiter search results.
