LinkedIn Recruiter user and license management admins, Product Settings and Account Center Admins, can take a variety of actions to manage user licenses, such as park a license, reassign a license, assign a license to a new user, and more.
Admins manage licenses, permissions, and roles for users based on the user's role in the sourcing and hiring process.
Important to know
The number of times a license can be reassigned, assigned, and parked each month is limited. This limit varies per contract. For example, an organization with 15 seats is allowed to park 15 licenses, assign 15 licenses, and reassign 15 licenses every 30 days. License action limits (reassign, assign, park) are tracked separately from one another.
