When you run a search in LinkedIn Recruiter, you can filter your search results using the Tags filter.
To filter your search results by tag:

Click the search bar at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select
Advanced filters from the dropdown. -
Click
Tags and enter the tag(s) you wish to apply. The Tags field moves to the left rail after you enter a tag name. - To exclude a tag, click the
Exclude icon next to the tag.

Click the Search button at the top of the page to see candidates with the tag(s) on their profile.
Important to know
At this time, you can't search for profiles by tag name on the project Pipeline tab. However, when you search in the Talent pool tab of your project, you can use the Project filter and Tags filter to help narrow down your search.
