Employers can leverage the LinkedIn Basic Job Posting integration offered by our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners to ingest jobs from your ATS or career site so they automatically post on LinkedIn. They create a comprehensive job-seeking experience for LinkedIn members. They are visible to candidates actively conducting job searches on LinkedIn or viewing a company’s LinkedIn Page. How do I enable the Basic Job Posting integration?
Basic Job Posting is available to our approved ATS partners. You can enable Basic Job Posting via your ATS and choose to turn auto-posting to LinkedIn during your job-posting workflow. Please visit your ATS website or contact your ATS customer team for instructions on enabling the integration.
Important to know
If your company has a Job Slot contract with LinkedIn, you can continue to post jobs into Slots by setting up Job Wrapping through self-serve in Recruiter. Please note that we will continue to require search and staffing companies to post jobs on LinkedIn through promoted job posts or Job Slots.
My Basic Jobs aren’t getting published on LinkedIn via the ATS partner. What should I do?
There are several reasons why a Basic Job may not appear on LinkedIn:
- The job is already posted on your LinkedIn Page as a paid job via Recruiter, Job Wrapping, or the Job Posting widget. Please check the Jobs tab on your company’s LinkedIn Page to confirm if the same job is published already. For more information, review "LinkedIn Pages features" in the Learn more section below.
- You may have opted out of job ingestion from any third-party site.
- Jobs posted on LinkedIn undergo our jobs review process and must meet our policies as part of our commitment to professionalism and integrity. If jobs do not meet the policies, they may be restricted. For more information, review "LinkedIn Professional Community Policies" and "LinkedIn Jobs Policies" in the Learn more section below.
- In some cases, we may require certain types of jobs to be promoted on LinkedIn. Jobs that require promotion may include jobs that are reposted within a certain time period, jobs by companies with generic names (such as “Confidential Company”), or jobs from search and staffing companies.
