Manage assets on the Media page

The Media page in Campaign Manager gives you a centralized library to create, manage, and share your images, videos, and documents. This content-first experience helps you prepare and reuse media assets before selecting an ad format for your campaign or ad set.

Who can use this feature?

To create ads, you must have super admin, content admin or sponsored content poster access on your ad account's Page and creative manager access or higher on your ad account.

To upload a new asset into the media library:

  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Content on the left menu, and then click Media.

  3. Click the Add media button in the top right corner.

  4. To add your media:

    • Click Upload from device to upload a new media asset.
    • Click Import from Shutterstock to search for an image on Shutterstock.

Once uploaded, you can click the More icon  on the file to View and edit to edit the media in Microsoft Designer, Copy URL to share a link to the asset, or Delete.
