Use LinkedIn Ads with Adobe Express

The LinkedIn Ads add-on for Adobe Express is a powerful integration that allows users to share professional, visually compelling ad creatives that they’ve created within Adobe Express directly to LinkedIn’s advertising platform, Campaign Manager. This add-on streamlines the ad creation process, making it easier to export ad creatives without needing to switch between different tools. Here’s how you can use this integration with the Adobe Express platform:

Getting Started

Prerequisites

You have a LinkedIn Campaign Manager account created. If you do not have a Campaign Manager account, learn how to create one in Campaign Manager as a new advertiser.

Installing the LinkedIn Ads add-on for Adobe Express  

To use the LinkedIn Ads add-on in Adobe Express:

  1. Sign up or sign in to your Adobe Express account.

  2. From the sidebar, choose Add-ons.

  3. Search for LinkedIn Ads in the search box.

  4. From the LinkedIn Ads page that opens, choose Add.

    • Note: The LinkedIn Ads pane opens on the right side.

Connecting to your LinkedIn Ads account

  1. In the LinkedIn Ads pane, connect to your LinkedIn Ads account by logging in with your LinkedIn credentials or by using a supported login method, such as "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple."

    • Note: A pop-up will open up when you choose the Connect button, directing you to log into your LinkedIn account.
  2. Allow any access related permissions.

    • Once sign-in is successful, the LinkedIn Ads Upload Design panel appears on the right side of your Adobe Express editor.

Uploading Designs from Adobe Express to Campaign Manager

  1. Once you have designed creative assets using LinkedIn-optimized templates in Adobe Express or customizing existing assets, it is time to send them to LinkedIn.

  2. Open the LinkedIn Ads add-on.

    • If your LinkedIn profile is not associated with any ad account, you will need to link one by selecting the Create Ad Account option. 
  3. In the Upload Design panel, provide a name for your design.

  4. Choose the Ad account to link to the required LinkedIn Campaign Manager ad account where you want to export your design to.

    Note: 

  5. Choose the type of file you are uploading from the File format dropdown. You can upload PNG, JPG, or MP4 Video as the file type.

  6. Choose Upload.

The design will be uploaded into the image or video library while creating Ads on the LinkedIn Campaign Manager tool.

Note: 

  • After the export is successful, a message is displayed.
  • For large videos, even after a successful upload, videos can take a few minutes to be available in your LinkedIn Campaign Manager image library or video library.
  • You can only export one page at a time for images.
  • Each new upload in the Campaign Manager tool is treated as a separate upload, even if the designs are identical.
  • You can upload another design using the Upload Another Design option.
  • To logout from your currently signed in LinkedIn Ads account, click  icon and choose Sign Out.
  • To remove the LinkedIn Ads add-on, go to Your add-ons, then select  Remove in the dialog box.
