Who can use this feature?
You can only do this if you’ve chosen to collect applicants through LinkedIn.
After you’ve posted a job on LinkedIn, you can reject candidates who’ve applied to your job post with or without a rejection message.

This feature isn’t available for Recruiter Lite.

To view all applicants, go to the Ratings dropdown filter and click the Not a fit checkbox.
To reject a job applicant:

Click the
Jobs icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click Manage job posts.

Click the
More icon next to the job title and select Manage Job. -
Click View applicants to view a list of current applicants.

Click Rate as
and select Not a fit to reject a candidate.
Automated rejection emails are enabled through the Not a fit automations setting. Candidates who are considered not a fit will receive a rejection email after three days.
