Learning Overview: Recommend or share content as an admin in Learning

As a LinkedIn Learning admin, you can curate, recommend, and share custom learning paths and collections to your learners. Learning paths curated by LinkedIn Learning are also available to recommend to, or share with your learners. You can edit these learning paths to customize them to the unique needs of your organization.

Important to know

Admin functionality isn’t available in the Learning mobile app. To access Learning Management, please use a desktop device.

You can also recommend or add to collections/learning paths directly from your learner platform. See the Related tasks section below for more information on sharing content as a Learning admin.

Keep in mind...

  • Your learners will receive an automatic email alerting them that a learning path or collection has been recommended. The learner may also access their recommended content from within their learning account.
  • You can view the performance of your recommended content. Review details about the features of Recommendation History in the Learn more section below.

  • Learners can share collections or learning paths with their network, however, any custom content included in those collections or learning paths won’t be accessible to anyone outside of your organization. Access to custom content requires SSO authentication.

  • Third-party links are available to share or recommend only via desktop.
