As an admin, you can search for specific courses or skills in the search bar, browse courses in Topics, or find content that is relevant to specific jobs in Recommendations by Job Title.
LinkedIn Learning has a wide variety of courses, learning paths, and collection for admins to choose from. You can use Learning Management to find content that best suits the needs of your organization.
To use the search bar:

Enter the topic, skill, course, video, group, or people you’re searching for in the Search bar on the navigation pane.

From your search results, you can use the filters on the left to narrow your search by:
- Content by: Select a specific source of content.
- Type: Select courses, videos, articles, learning paths, links, documents, or learning collections.
- Level: Select beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
- Time to complete: Allows you to choose the duration of your content.
- Software: Select a specific software.
- Subjects & Topics: Select a specific subject or topic area.
- Custom Tags: Select a specific custom tag from your organization.
- Continuing Education Units: Select NASBA, PMI, SHRM, HRCI, IIBA, or CompTIA.
You can search for specific learning paths and collections you’ve created as an admin. You can also simplify your search by using admin search filters.
To filter learning paths/collections:

From Learning Management, click Content.

Click Library from the dropdown that appears.

In the search bar, enter keywords for the learning path/collection you’re searching for.

Filter your search based on any of the following:
- Content by: Select a specific source of content.
- Type: Select courses, videos, articles, learning paths, links, documents, or learning collections.
- Level: Select beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
- Time to complete: Allows you to choose the duration of your content.
- Software: Select a specific software.
- Subjects & Topics: Select a specific subject or topic area.
- Custom Tags: Select a specific custom tag from your organization.
- Continuing Education Units: Select NASBA, PMI, SHRM, HRCI, IIBA, or CompTIA.
- Source: Search only for content within your LMS.
To search by topic:

From Learning Management, click Content.

Click Featured from the dropdown that appears.

From here, you can select topics in Business, Creative, and Technology categories.
To use recommendations by job title:

From Learning Management, click Content.

Click Featured from the dropdown that appears.

Click the dropdown next to Recommendations by Job Title: and select the type of job for which you wish to find recommendations.
Outside of using Learning Management to search for Learning content, you can also search for, update, or remove custom content you may have added for your learners.
