The Search bar is at the top of any LinkedIn page you’re viewing, and it allows you to search for people, jobs, companies, posts, and more. You can search using keywords or natural, conversational language to discover relevant results.
To search on LinkedIn:

Enter your keyword(s) or a natural language query into the Search bar at the top of the page.
- As you type, suggested searches will appear in a dropdown.

From the list of results that appears:
- You can select a suggestion, or type in your full search query, then press Enter or click See all results to view the full search results page.

From the top of the search results page, you can filter your search results by clicking any of these tabs:
- People
- Posts
- Jobs
- Companies
- Groups
- Events
- Schools
- Services
- Courses
- Products
Note: Once you select a category, the most frequently used search filters are located at the top of your search results page. You can find additional search filters in the All filters section. The All filters section is displayed after you select any of the above categories.
To search on LinkedIn:

From the top of the search results page, you can filter your search results by tapping on any of these category tabs:

- Products
Note: The most frequently used search filters are located at the top of your search results page. You can find additional search filters in the All filters section. The All filters tab is displayed after you search using any of the above categories.
Based on your search, you might see different sections for each category on the search results page. You can click on See all [category] results below the respective section to see all results for that category.
You can view and re-run recent searches by clicking on the search term in the Recent searches list that appears. You can clear your search history by clicking Clear to the right of Recent searches, and then confirm your decision.

If you're searching on LinkedIn as a guest, you may be prompted to sign in or sign up to continue searching.

We recommend using the latest/updated version of internet browser for an optimal experience on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Search.

The suggested searches feature will not suggest any hashtags, but you are able to search hashtags by typing them into the search bar and clicking or tapping enter or search.
