How do you define growth? Sometimes, it’s a room full of people taking turns to speak, and getting a little better each time. We're throwing it back to one of our earlier Toastmasters sessions at Emumba. Looking back, whether it was five years ago or just last Tuesday, one thing hasn’t changed: it remains a constant in how we build confidence, clarity, and communication. Five years in or one session in, the goal is the same: get better every time you show up. Sound like the place for you? Travel planning is still more fragmented than it should be. Too many tabs, too many choices, and too much time lost before a booking is ever made. ✈️ That friction does not just affect travelers. It affects conversions, engagement, and growth for travel brands. We built GenVoyage, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) verified AI-powered travel companion designed for travel companies to help their users plan and book faster through personalized recommendations, real-time travel insights, multilingual support, and a smoother end-to-end experience. It brings AI into their platform to drive smarter upsell and cross-sell, deeper personalization, and better digital experiences, tailored to their brand and customer journey. 🚀 🔗 Get started in days: https://lnkd.in/diP2VXEX 📩 Want to learn more? "The problem with the world is that we draw the circle of our family too small." - Mother Teresa. We know that the best teams are built around people, and the lives they go home to. We recently hosted an evening at our Islamabad HQ for one of our project teams and their families ❤️ A small, thoughtfully put-together gathering centered in our culture, our space, and families meeting teammates. When you understand the people behind your team, you have a whole other perspective on who they are and where they come from. That kind of connection doesn’t just make for a warm evening; it makes for stronger teams. When we're talking about enterprises, the systems are made to be technically complex...and difficult to navigate? Over time: ✅️ Features accumulate. ✅️ Interfaces grow more complex. ✅️ Workflows become harder to follow. The secret to success is great UX design that helps simplify how people interact with complex systems. The best enterprise products are designed to: • reduce cognitive load • streamline workflows • surface the right information at the right moment When UX is done well, users spend less time figuring out the interface and more time getting their work done. Design plays a critical role in making complex software usable. Need the power of Databricks, but don’t want to leave AWS? We ran into that exact challenge while building one of our AI solutions for the travel industry. In this blog, we share how Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Databricks worked together to make it possible, without the overhead of a multi-cloud setup. 👉 Read more: https://lnkd.in/dPCkFG8Z Amazon Web Services (AWS) AWS Partners #AWS #Databricks #AIAnalytics #DataEngineering #CloudArchitecture #TravelTech #GenerativeAI

Last Saturday, we had our first-ever company picnic, set away from the usual noise, screens, and routine. It was a slower, more grounded kind of day. There were jeep rides that turned into shared stories, a bit of friendly competition with games, and moments of calm: yoga, horse riding, even just sitting back and doing nothing. Some went for golf, some tried skeet shooting, others just stayed by the bonfire as the evening settled in, and the night ended with fireworks! A good reminder we tend to forget: sometimes the best way to move fast is to pause. 🚀 What a conference. The OPEN Dallas Summit 2026 was truly one to remember. A sold-out room, incredible energy, and meaningful conversations all day long. It was a pleasure connecting with so many like-minded people and exchanging ideas on how to build organizations that outlast their founders. Events like this remind you how valuable it is to bring ambitious people into one room. A big thank you to Ali Farooq, Nauman Khan, Khurram Agha, Khalid Mahmood, MD, Salman Maqsood, and the entire team for putting together such a memorable experience. 📸 Sharing a few moments from the day. Looking forward to the next one. "A hallmark of a healthy creative culture is that its people feel free to share ideas, opinions, and criticisms." Every quarter at Emumba, we bring everyone together for an All Hands. Our CEO shares where we are, what’s working, what’s not, and then we open it up for a candid Q&A. People ask what’s on their minds: about decisions, direction, and trade-offs. Some questions are direct. Some are uncomfortable. All of them are taken seriously. When people feel safe to ask, they’re more likely to challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and think beyond their immediate scope. That’s Culture@Emumba. Most sales roles start with scripts. This one starts with thinking. At Emumba, outbound is about precision: understanding businesses, identifying the right people, and reaching out with context that actually matters. This trainee role is designed to build that foundation from day one. You won’t just “learn sales”; you’ll learn how modern outbound works, powered by research, personalization, and AI. This is for people who: ✅️ Are curious about how businesses operate and make decisions ✅️ Pay attention to detail — in writing, research, and communication ✅️ Prefer understanding *why* something works over just repeating it ✅️ Are willing to learn fast and improve continuously This is a trainee role with a clear path: prove your impact, and you grow into a full-time SDR role. If that sounds like you 👉 Apply here: https://lnkd.in/dvqq52gX #Hiring #Sales #LifeAtEmumba #Careers

A small step geographically. A significant one in how we collaborate globally. And an exceptionally meaningful week for Emumba in the US, marking both a new beginning and a deeper partnership. shafaqat ali has relocated to the US as part of our continued global expansion, and with that, we had our first onsite meeting with DvSum at Emumba US! The conversations still have us excited for what's next...how Emumba × DvSum grows from here. How we build stronger systems, better collaboration loops, and shared ownership across geographies. We also spent time exploring business development pathways through Amazon Web Services (AWS), and aligning on sales motions that are not just scalable, but meaningful in how they solve real problems. We're buzzing with what's next! #EmumbaUS #EngineeringCulture #GenAI #AWS Zarak Ali Khan shafaqat ali Aashish Singhvi
