When the partners asked to take her off a call, Stephanie Aliaga knew it was time for a change. Early in her career, the Global Market Strategist at J.P. Morgan Asset Management — part of JPMorganChase, No. 1 on LinkedIn’s Top Companies list — pushed hard. She brought ideas to meetings. She challenged assumptions. But her drive for innovation created resistance instead of momentum. A mentor explained to her, "If you're trying to make progress with sharp elbows, you're just gonna make people want to build a wall against you.” That insight changed everything. Instead of leading with “I,” she shifted to “we.” Instead of critiquing, she focused on shared discovery. The result: less resistance and more cheerleaders working toward shared goals at the firm. Have you ever had to adjust how you show up to be heard? What worked for you? Share in the comments. What’s it like sitting at the forefront of the AI revolution? For NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, it starts with giving your all each day and knowing how to leave work at work. At the IEEE Honors Ceremony, the tech pioneer shared how he manages the constant pressure that comes with leading one of the world’s most influential AI companies: “I've got a lot of challenges. None of them keep me up at night,” says Jensen. “The reason for that is because I leave everything at the office. I leave everything on the field.” His approach? Work as hard as possible each day, then let tomorrow’s to-do list wait until tomorrow. What’s your best tip for navigating through challenges? Share in the comments.

  • If your company still runs like it did 10 years ago, you’ve got a problem. Back then, the rules were simple: Show up. Get the degree. Climb the ladder. Stay put. That version of work has changed. Today, it's all about dynamic, non-linear career paths shaped by skills and adaptability. And it plays out in the data, too: 💡  ~60% of applications now go to remote or hybrid roles 💡  Only 41% of professionals say a degree is necessary 💡  Workers today will hold 2x more jobs over their careers compared to a decade ago After 10 years of analyzing Top Companies, it’s clear that employers are adapting: hiring for experience and capabilities over credentials alone, investing in internal mobility and rethinking employees’ skills and flexibility for the long haul. So what makes a Top Company in 2026? The ones that aren’t holding on to how work used to be — but building for how professionals want to work now. Check out our full list of Top Companies: https://lnkd.in/USTopCompanies26. #LinkedInTopCompanies

  • The Executive Producers of Jury Duty & Company Retreat may work in comedy, but they're all business when it comes to their projects. A reality of working in entertainment is navigating an uncertain career path. Lee Eisenberg and Nicholas Hatton have advice for creatives trying to find their footing or take the next step: ✅ Don’t miss out on exciting passion projects — even if the position isn’t perfect ✅ Got a bad job? Don't leave until you’ve learned every last useful thing ✅ Dabble in different genres if you can, but find a niche for more secure employment ✅ Always be building your portfolio and networking! They go hand-in-hand  ✅ Think deeply about what parts of entertainment must remain AI-proof. For Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios' Jury Duty & Company Retreat, it was Ronald and Anthony — the unsuspecting real people cast as the heroes of the story. The most important lesson: Even when talking business, humor makes everything more fun. For more on how Lee and Nick made Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat watch their interview with LinkedIn’s Jessi Hempel on this week’s episode of Hello Monday: https://lnkd.in/eDr-8cmm

  • Jensen Huang predicts that the era of top-down leadership will end, and that the companies that thrive in the AI era won't be the most organized — they'll be the most organic. "Organizations need to be a little more organic and less organized," Huang told LinkedIn News in an exclusive interview last week, drawing a distinction between "organization" and "organism" — one implying structure and control, the other something living and breathing. Why? Because when the marginal cost of intelligence drops, execution is no longer a differentiator. Any strategy that you can explicitly describe can be handled by AI. And in such a world, taste, instinct and 'pathfinding' will be competitive advantages, not following a playbook. More from our interview with Huang, including his take on why AI's rising costs are temporary, in this edition of LinkedIn News Tech Stack. 👇 ✍: Tanya Dua
