- [Instructor] Failover cluster manager in Windows Server 2016 has many features and roles you can add, and you can see four different server roles here, but there's a difference when moving a virtual machine, as opposed to any other type of service. So if we go to, say, the file server role, and we right-click and choose move, we can choose to move to the best possible node, which in this case we only have one other node, or we can select a node, and again we'll choose the other node. And when we move that, then we can see the pending under the status, and now it's been successfully moved. However, on the virtual machine type, when we right-click, we choose move, we see some options we don't see with any other role, and that is the live migration and the quick migration. So the live migration will keep the virtual machine server up and running during the migration, whereas the quick migration will temporarily suspend the…
