Good and useful course but I don't think LGBTQ+ discrimination is such an issue in european countries surely not half as much as in the USA. As a european I will never introduce myself referring to the pronoun as it would lead to everyone LOL, at least in Europe, 'cause this is a false problem, or considered so, by the large majority of the people regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.
Even though I fully support diversity and respect for all human beings I will keep using terms such as mankind and if a person was to feel bad I am sure that person will be able to understand. Additionally, using/not using the pronoun is not like making assumptions about the value, honorability, status of a person I work with/recruit/interact with.
In those cases much more care and respect is absolutely needed.
Overall this is a course I definitely recommend, thank you.
