- In one of the initial videos, we learned how to navigate around the Gantt window within the task list and the Gantt chart. We will be focusing on a few advanced formatting options that can really help in filtering and highlighting data for easier reviewing. You can continue working on the file from the previous video or open the provided chapter file with the same name under chapter files folder. Let's close the 3D windows, as the focus of this video will primarily be the Gantt window. Go to the task list header and right-click. The WBS custom and code are different grouping options that are also available in the Gantt display options with a few added customizable abilities. So let's open that from under the plan ribbon and the task grouping section it's set to WBS, as default. You can change the layout colors from here.
