- [Instructor] Teams includes an admin center that we can use to configure settings that will affect security. In here, we can configure settings that will govern how meetings are secured. We've got several controls that we can use to secure meetings so that we can make sure that only the right people can get in and only the right information can get out. By default, there's quite a high level of access to meetings. For example, anyone can join a meeting that you invite them to whether or not they're invited or they're inside or outside your organization. Even if we restrict the default settings for meetings, we can still give people the flexibility that they need so they can put additional restrictions on or open them up to more people. But more than likely, you'll want to make sure that external people and guests are placed into a lobby. This makes sure that someone must let them in before they enter the meeting.…
