- Finally, let's go ahead and move on to the customer success portion of this course. This is going to come in at around 9% of the exam, and it's going to cover the processes that typically happen after a customer has been closed within the deal process, and how to set them up for success going forward. This is going to include things such as upsells, using different customer satisfaction surveys, the post-sales journey adoption, and how to set your customer up for success after they have already signed on the dotted line.
