Now let's jump into some of the key terms from this section. So the first one is going to be customer-centric selling. So this is going to be selling towards the customer's needs rather than selling towards your company's product or service. This often comes into play when you're talking about selling some type of consulting service. It can be a little bit more difficult when it comes to selling a particular product. However, it can be done where you are saying like, oh, hey, this is where this need of your company meets our product. Next one is going to be stakeholder. And I know I've already talked about this a lot, but this one is a little bit trickier of a concept to grasp. So a stakeholder is anyone who holds a stake in a company.
