Next is going to be CRM Analytics. This used to be called Einstein Analytics. But Salesforce has gone through a lot of name changes lately, as I'm sure you have seen or have heard me talk about in this course already. But this essentially brings in AI to your reporting and your dashboards. You can also integrate different systems of data to bring into Salesforce and then have AI tools to help you get the different pieces of analytics so then you can get better insights. I will say my spiel again, but this all depends on the quality of your data. High quality data ensures high quality results, which can then in turn help you make high quality decisions. Now this can also help create some predictive analytics. An example here that we'll use is lead scoring.
