All right, now we have made it to Data Cloud Basics. So I was genuinely surprised at how much data cloud there was on the AgentForce exam. Salesforce Data Cloud is a way to connect all of your data to help get all of your customer data in one spot so you can then visualize it or you can then use it all together. There are a few different parts of Data Cloud. A lot of what we're going to discuss is going to be about how Data Cloud works and how to break the data down into smaller chunks, what types of searches are available, and all of those fun things that come with Data Cloud. I found it nice to look underneath the hood of Data Cloud being like, hey, how do you actually get the information when it's in Data Cloud? So, what you need to know about Data Cloud generally is that you have some unified profiles.
