- This case study takes place in an insurance company and is available as a SlideShare presentation. It's the story of how an insurance company, Lawley, implemented a gamified solution by a company called LevelEleven. Lawley was having issues because the data in their new CRM system was full of inconsistencies. As representatives from the organization interacted with potential customers, they were asked to input those interactions and the status of those interactions into the CRM system. Unfortunately, this did not always happen. When the CRM system administrators examined the use of the system, they found little use of the system and located anomalies in customer records, like expired close dates or a failure to update the status of a record after a sales call.
