- To gain an even better understanding of sales gamification let's look at a case study to see how one company implemented gamification to improve customer satisfaction and as a result, make more sales and retain more customers. This case study revolves around the implementation of a gamified solution for a company called Super Telecom which is a division of a larger telecommunications group. One of the company's top business priorities was to improve customer satisfaction which in the long run results in sales. As a first step, Super Telecom decided to ask its customers for feedback. The response was loud and clear. First, customers wanted to speak to domestic contact centers rather than overseas centers.
