Use Designer to create professional layouts
- [Instructor] A feature that's unique to PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 users is the Designer tool. If you're not a graphic designer or just don't feel like you have a good eye for design, but you do have a working internet connection, you can use Designer. Designer senses when you include content onto a slide and will suggest some custom layouts to compliment that content, such as an image. You may decide to use one of those ideas. You might not like any of them and you can just close out of the tool. There's no right or wrong, but it's there to help you, if you need it. It's quite powerful. In fact, if I was told that I only had five minutes to do this entire course, I might tell you to just use Designer to design every slide. It's that good. Let's see it in action. I'm here on my first blank slide that I've created. I'll insert an image by changing to the insert ribbon tab.
