(thoughtful music) - [Hope] Welcome to Oracle University's lesson on Oracle Autonomous Databases: Database Actions. My name is Hope Fisher. Autonomous Database comes with a suite of development tools, pre-deployed, with nothing new to buy and nothing new to install. These are web-based applications that use Oracle REST Data Services to provide many of the database development or administration features of desktop-based Oracle SQL Developer. This suite of tools can be accessed directly from the Autonomous Database page of the OCI console. After selecting your Autonomous Database instance, you can access the SQL Developer web console, also known as Database Actions, as shown on this slide. From the Database Actions home menu, you can access all the functionalities pictured here, such as accessing development applications, utilizing data tools, and managing database users.
