Understand features and capabilities of Copilot and agents

To manage Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively, remember that it isn't a single standalone app. It is in fact a collection of elements, elements that are embedded directly in Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, Teams, and so on. These elements are powered by Microsoft Graph, an orchestration service, large language models, and WorkIQ. Together they provide context-aware assistance for your users directly in their apps. So, for example, when you submit a prompt such as create a report based on last month's sales meeting, Copilot securely retrieves pertinent content through graph, uses orchestration and WorkRQ insights to enrich the output, and generates it all using the LLM. How accurate and useful a response is depends largely on your organization's data governance, your role-based permissions, and organizational data compliance settings.
