Use the Microsoft 365 admin center to control user settings for agents. Settings include controls for allowed agent types, and you can choose between allow apps and agents built by Microsoft, allow apps and agents built by your organization, allow apps and agents built by external providers. You can choose all or none of those depending on your particular needs. Sharing settings, which manages who can share agents with anyone in your organization. Choose between all users, no users, or specific users. When you choose specific users, you can also select group names. Templates, streamline the creation and onboarding of agents with policies. There are two policies, default template for allowing instances and default template for no instances.
