Updates in Windows Admin Center
- [Instructor] Windows Admin Center has a couple of options for running updates. The first is updating Windows Admin Center itself. So I'll click on the gear at the top and just go ahead and type in Updates. It will find it for me. And here you can see that I am fully up to date. If I wasn't up to date, then it would tell me that I can go ahead and update Windows Admin Center at this time. But what about the servers and the clients that are in Windows Admin Center? Well, we can do that, as well. I'm going to choose Server01 in this case, but any server will work, or any client. And I'm going to type in Updates once again. And choose the Updates option. And here you can see it's going to check for available updates online for Microsoft Update. And we can click on the Settings option to go ahead and tell us how it's going to run these updates. In this case, we have "Download updates, "but let me choose whether to install them," and this is the default. You can also choose to update…
