- [Instructor] One of the most common reasons why collaboration tools are so valuable is because they help you visually communicate ideas with others and share your thoughts in a more seamless manner. However, Whimsical takes that entire experience to a whole new level. In this lesson, you're going to learn how to share your boards with team members and clients, and how to explore Whimsical's version control capabilities. To share and collaborate with others, click the paper plane icon in the upper right-hand corner and select get shareable link to see the sharing options. At this point, you can also provide permissions for others to collaborate or view the boards you've shared. If the collaborators are outside of your organization, you can enable guest access and invite them via email. Adding guests is free of charge.
