Starting a new project

- [Instructor] Now let's create a new project. Make sure you're in the Home tab, so you can see the Projects tab here, and click on New Project. So a new project is created. We can see some information about who created the project, when it was created. And then we can go ahead and rename this project. So I'm going to rename it to Summer House. Now to open the project, we click on View. So it's going to be an empty project, and then Tekla is going to ask me for the IFC files. So I'm going to choose here my Architectural File IFC, Open, and Tekla will open my file. So to add files, we click here on Add Files on the top left and then choose the files we want. Notice you can choose more than one file by holding Shift. So you could load all them at the same time, but right now I just want this Structural File. Click Open, and the file is loaded. So if I hide my Architectural File here, I can see this structure. Let's say I receive a new version of this Structural File. So to replace a…
