- [Narrator] Although, most of the editing, you're going to be doing in Premiere Elements' expert view, is going to be done on a standard timeline. The program also includes an audio view timeline. It's a separate mode, a workspace where you can focus on the audio aspects or the audio production of your project. And there are a couple of tools that are available in this workspace that just aren't available, any place else in the program. So, this is our typical timeline, to access the audio view, we just go up to the upper left of the timeline and switch it here from what they call a "classic view" over to "audio view". As you can see, the timeline does not look that much different, although we do have a couple of tools available, that aren't available any place else, not the least of which, is a master VU meter here on the right, and this will show your audio levels.
