Manipulate multiple elements
- [Instructor] There are two workflows available for using manipulation tools, such as copy or move. When working with multiple elements, you can either select the elements in advance using the element selection tool. Alternatively, you can choose to select the elements after activating the manipulation tool by simply dragging a selection rectangle around the target elements. In other words, MicroStation CONNECT Edition gives you the choice of selecting the tool first or the targeted elements first. Which method is strictly up to you. In this lesson, you will learn element selection workflows and manipulation of multiple elements. Continue in selecting elements.dgn in the array elements model. Select one or more elements with the element selection tool. Select copy on the home tab in the manipulate group. Snap to the point on one of the selected elements and copy the elements to another location. Reset to complete.…
