- [Tutor] We've done quite a bit in the Discover section of the Kibana UI, mostly just to confirm that things are working. Now that we have integrations set up, it's a good time to take a wider tour of Kibana. Open the menu, and under Analytics, go to Dashboards. The integrations provide a lot of really helpful baseline dashboards. Let's take a look at the Nginx access and error logs. This concept will be a bit clearer when we set up our own dashboards, but I tend to think of dashboards as an extension of the Discover interface. Beyond just raw data, like the Discover interface, dashboards give other options for displaying the data. They're built on an underlying query, and there's a query bar and a time picker at the top of the page. They also have options for more convenient ways to filter the data. For example, in this dashboard, we can click a dropdown to select the Nginx instance. Below that, on this dashboard, there's a place for links to related dashboards. It's a simple…
