His question is I'm interested in creating a mentorship and networking program for small and medium enterprises. Do you have any advice? - [Dorie] Hey, Felix. One area of building mentorship programs that I think is often not talked about as much as it should be is actually providing training for the mentees so that they can get the most out of the experience. And the reason this is so important is that for the mentors, the people who are the more senior professionals in the relationship, they're obviously pretty busy, and so even if they want to be helpful, they just don't have the time or the bandwidth to necessarily know the right way to be able to do that.
