Our next topic is program and we could add or project management concepts because a system, depending on its scope, could be managed as either. And a project would be a single element and a program would be a collection of projects that work together. So what are we going to talk about? where we're going to talk about the project life cycle, the scope of the project from conception all the way into delivery of project and product enclosure. We'll talk about some important ideas like a project charter and what that does and how that helps us determine our direction. We'll look at earned value analysis, nothing deep. You don't need any calculations for this, but just understanding what it is. We'll look at the baseline, specifically the scope baseline that makes sure that we're doing the right work and we avoid the dreaded scope creep. We'll talk about a project management plan and then the procurement statement of work if we do have to outsource. So here we have the project life cycle.…
