- [Instructor] Now let's take a look at the libraries we'll be working with throughout this course, Plotly and Dash. Plotly is an open-source JavaScript-based library that focuses on creating interactive visualizations with the Python R or Julia programming languages. In this course, we're going to be focused on the Python implementation, but if you do work with these languages or know folks that work with these languages, it's worth making them aware that there are implementations in other languages that are common in analytics and data science. Plotly is a wonderful visualization library, and many folks have adopted it as their go-to library for creating both static and interactive visualizations. Personally, I still tend to use the Matplotlib and Seaborn, but you might fall in love with the syntax and the aesthetics of Plotly, and that's great.
