- [Instructor] So now that we've set up configuration of authentication policies and passwords, let's talk about groups. So for groups, we go to directory and we go to groups. Similar to what I talked about earlier, when we created users, for example, Josh and Lynn, I talked about a marketing group, and it's exactly in Okta what a group is. You have sets of users and you want to categorize 'em in in certain areas where that makes much more sense. So for example, you have your marketing team as one. Maybe your security team is another. And something else that's similar is you have SaaS applications, you can have groups for that. And what that helps you do is when you add users to these groups, you can automatically provision them to those applications and that technically what is a group, it's very straightforward.
