Introduction to HTML form controls

- [Instructor] Form controls are interactive form elements within the web form that allows users to make certain choices, such as the ability to submit data, input text or number information. They add in essential elements of webpage interactions. For example, form controls are buttons, select input, text area, checkboxes, and radio buttons. Form controls are important when creating accessible forms, and because of this, we need to ensure we make use of the right form control when needed, and that the form control being used can be detected and used by assistive devices. We need to make the form accessible and inclusive, especially for people with disabilities. Here's an example of an accessible form, and I am navigating through this form making use of keyboard navigation, a feature which is only possible with form controls which have been made accessible. As you can see, form controls also enhance user experiences.
