What you should know
- [Narrator] For this course, you'll need to have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS, although you don't need to be an expert in either. If you don't already have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, I suggest you check out HTML Essential Training or CSS Essential Training. You'll also need to have a code editor or a text editor. You can just use the one that came with your computer. For the videos where I demonstrate writing code, I've created exercise files for you to download so you can open the file and follow along with what I'm doing. Each video with exercise files has both a starting version and a ending version. They're numbered to match the course videos. It's important that you understand that HTML and CSS are constantly changing as new elements and properties are being added and refined. What you see in this course reflects the current state of HTML and CSS at the time of recording but future changes might affect how things work. You should always test your code in different browsers and devices to make sure it works as expected.
