Make a plan for change

- The best cure for worry is planning. And in any situation, it's best to have a plan. So that should be your first thought when a change is announced, make a plan. If you prefer working in a team or if you don't have all the skills you need on your own, maybe get a group of people together. Organize to meet with some other people and pool your knowledge and your ideas. Get as much information as you can about what's happening and what's going to happen, which may require a bit of investigating and a second meeting. Your plan will probably require a number of options. If this happens, we'll do this. If that happens, we'll do that. If you can have all the options covered, then you'll feel much better about the change that's coming, even though there's still a chance that it'll end up being different to all of your options.
