Hello, everyone. Welcome back. Let's talk about Google Groups for Business in Google Workspace now. We already spoke about basic groups and creating them in the admin console. But with Google Groups for Business, you can create group e-mail addresses that can be used for team collaboration, mass communication or access management. Here is a simple example. Let's say you have a team of 5 people in marketing. Instead of emailing them one by one, you just send a message to Marketing at the rate yourcompany.com group and everyone in that group gets the e-mail. But that's just the beginning. Groups can also be used to grant permission to specific files, folders, or calendars. They can also be used to assign access to Google Workspace apps or third-party tools, to create inboxes for teams, for customer support or information requests, and to manage mailing lists, discussion forums, and Q&A boards.
