Creating one or more billing accounts

- So creating one or more billing accounts, so project usage must be charged to a billing account, so everything in GCP, every API usage, every service needs to be billed through a billing account, and it can associate a billing account to one or more projects. Basically, you link projects to billing account. You can have a single billing account for all your projects in your organization. You can have multiple billing accounts, and a billing account is tied to a payment profile, which will have, you know, the credit card or the invoice mechanism for that billing account. When you create a new project, you are prompted to choose which of your billing accounts you want to link the project to. If you only have one, it's going to automatically be linked to your project. That is, if you have the access to do so, which requires you to basically be a billing administrator. Let's talk a little bit more about some of the IM roles that are related to billing.
