Service Catalog is accessible to all users within the organization, allowing them to view and order any item that can be individually requested. The best place to access a form and submit your request is from a portal, although you can request an item from other user interfaces such as the Now mobile app or the catalogs homepage on the classic UI. In this video, we'll navigate the Employee Service Center portal, locate some request forms, and go through the submission process for different catalog types, including a standard request, a record producer, and an order guide. The Employee Service Center enables you to search or browse for a catalog item.
