- [Lecturer] Don't have time to do your data analysis or not too familiar with a large dataset? Pivot tables makes your data analysis easier. In the insert tab, Excel has some recommended pivot tables for you. Click on that, and as you can see, we have different suggestions from Excel. The first one is the sum of hours worked by region. The second one, the performance score by region. The third one, the count of employee by region, once again, and their worked hours. And now, let's try and take the first one right here. Select it and click on okay. Excel will create a new sheet for you with the data that you actually asked. So right here, we have the sum of hours worked by region. To the right, you have the pivot table fields that just appeared so you can do further analysis. By instance, let's add the performance score in the values field. To do so, click on the performance score and drag it down in the values field. As you can see, we now have the sum of the performance score by…
