Quick Insert: Batch add rows and columns
- [Instructor] Adding rows and columns one by one is very time-consuming, and I will show you how to add multiple columns and multiple rows at once. It is pretty simple. Let's say we want to add three rows. All we have to do is position our cursor here on the row's number, select three rows, right-click and then click on Insert. Here we go, we have three rows that got added to my Excel spreadsheet, and the same applies for columns. If I want to add three columns, I'll just select three of them, right-click Insert, and I'll show you something else. If you want to repeat the last action that you just did, you can press Ctrl Y on your keyboard, and as you can see, it's going to add again, three more columns, CTRL Y, three more columns, CTRL Y, three more columns. You'll be adding rows and columns faster than ever.
