- [Narrator] Welcome to another amazing episode of "Excel Dashboard Challenges." Today we are talking about filling a position, so we're dealing with data that deals with candidates, the positions that they're applying for, the source, the time it takes to fill, the cost per hire, and the quality of that candidate. And so wouldn't it be nice to have some information that we can visualize from that? So in this case, we're going to visualize the average time to fill, as well as the average cost per hire, and then we're actually going to reuse this data in a later challenge. So stay tuned on using those other metrics. But for today, we want to visualize these two things as a pivot chart, and then we're going to add a slicer here that's going to help us understand, based off of the source, what we can expect. So if I click Direct Outreach, we can see that there's an average time to fill about 40 days, and the average cost per hire is about 6,000. If we do a job board, we can see this data…
