- [Instructor] Tables are generally less effective than charts when communicating information in a presentation, but if you do decide to add a table to your slides, I don't recommend that you do it like this. It's just impossible to read, and no one's going to take it in. This is more appropriate for a report, not a live presentation, but if you really wanted to include all of this information, if you want to give the audience a feel for how many ratios are available, you could add some animation, so let's have a look at how to do that. So let's jump over into Excel and grab a copy of all of those ratios, and let's go back to our final presentation that we've been working on, and we will add a new slide, and I'm going to just paste it in. Again, I'm going to use a paste link in case the data changes, and I just want to get rid of these background.
